Some ingredients to get you drooling:

For the blueberry chia seed jam:
frozen blueberries
pure maple syrup
fine sea salt
chia seeds
fresh lemon juice

For the vegan overnight oats:
full-fat coconut milk (fat is not to be feared, choose the healthy, delicious option: full fat)
rolled oats (use gluten-free if necessary)
chia seeds
pure maple syrup
ground cardamom
small ripe pears

These look absolutely incredible. Adequately demonstrating that vegan food doesn’t have to look bland and uninspiring.

Cinnamon truly is the most festive of spices so they’re completely at home this time of year. I don’t eat oats much, but I’ll happily break that rule for one of these every now and again. Simple, delicious and eye-catching, they’d make a great desert for a home-cooked meal if you’re looking to impress your significant other. I’m certainly putting it on the list for next time. Hopefully I can make mine look as good as hers.
