We really like The Veg Space, Kate’s vegetarian and vegan site. There are some incredible recipes on there and I am partial to some enticing food photography – of which there are swathes on her site. If her task is to write new recipes with equally drool-worthy photos for a book instead of a site, she’s going to nail it. I assure you of that. It’s hard to talk about the recipes because I don’t own the book…yet, but what I’ve made from her site has certainly hit the mark so I’m happy to put my neck on the line and support this collection of recipes.
